We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. After notifying us, you then have a further 14 days to return the item to us for a refund or exchange.

A prepaid returns label is available upon request for UK orders. Please email us at info@bloctactical.com to obtain return instructions.

Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging and attached price tags.

Customers outside the UK are responsible for return postage costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels for international returns.

We do not accept returns on bespoke prescription orders, as these are made to your specifications. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all prescription details are entered accurately. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect submissions.

Prepaid return labels are not automatically provided for accessories or spare parts. If these are ordered in error, return shipping may be at the customer’s expense, unless we determine that misleading or unclear information contributed to the issue.

UK Exchanges: While we cover the return postage for your initial return, any subsequent returns (e.g., exchanges or further changes) are at the customer’s own cost.
