In the rare event that the item you ordered is not available after your order, we will advise you.

Tax Charges

All product prices include UK VAT at the prevailing rate. Unless overseas as these will deduct UK VAT form the price. Expect destination tax to be added on import.

Credit Card Security

BLOC Systems Ltd takes security very seriously and uses a secure payment processing site that utilises the most sophisticated online encryption system and firewall protection for processing data.

All transactions and receipt of payment is advised to us, but no financial information is forwarded to, or held by us.

Delivery

It is the responsibility of the purchaser/receiver to ensure that delivery addresses provided are where goods can be safely and securely delivered, ideally in hand. Where proof of delivery is available it will be deemed as delivered. Any theft or non delivery (unless to the incorrect address by the carrier) will not be liable to BLOC SYSTEMS LTD. Claims for non delivery are to be made directly to the carrier.

Guarantee

Bloc guarantees all genuine Bloc products against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from date of purchase. The guarantee is valid only to the original purchaser with a proof of purchase from an authorized Bloc Dealer, this must clearly show the purchase date and item. Scratched lenses are not covered under Bloc's guarantee.

Please return your faulty goods with the dated proof of purchase for inspection at the address given below. If you have any questions please give us a call.

The Dated & Itemized proof of purchase is necessary to:

• Confirm the date of purchase for the warranty term.
• Confirm you purchased from a Bloc Authorized Dealer

Unfortunately, without proof of purchase the guarantee is not valid. But, we will have other after-sales options, so please get in touch and we can help.
